Queso Fresco Dip

Ingredients

  • La Morenita’s Queso Fresco

  • Greek yogurt

  • Lime juice

  • Crema Mexicana

  • Spices: Salt and garlic powder.

  • Salsa verde

  • Cilantro

Directions

  1. Place the La Morenita’s Queso Fresco in a high-speed food processor and pulse for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is crumbled.

  2. Add the Greek yogurt and lime juice and process on high until smooth.

  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and process until combined.

  4. Serve with chips, raw veggies, or use as a topping on quesadillas, tacos, enchiladas, and more!
